A young girl lies in a mysterious trance and her twisted dreams are turning the village of Tirich into a nightmare. The Traveler has stumbled upon a town gone mad and must now defeat the demons and monsters that haunt both the mind of the girl and the town where she lives.

Ecstatica explores the cutting edge of gaming by utilizing Ellipsoid Technology to animate a world that's leaps and bounds ahead of what other CD-ROM games have to offer. This technology creates an infinitely more realistic and less angular look than previous polygon-generated 3D environment games.
