Novastorm is a very forgiving program which only requires 550k of free DOS memory. However, it is still possible that you may not have enough memory left to play the game.
To free up this memory, follow the instructions for making a DOS Boot Disk, which can be found here.
If you are having problems with a WRONG CHUNK TYPE or a
BUFFER ALLOCATION() error, then disable any disk cache software (such as
Lightning CD or smartdrv.exe) you may be using, and make sure that you have
the latest version of your CD-specific drivers.
